The person first got to my place and right away I didn't have a good feeling about the way he was commenting on everything, I know the install wasn't the greatest and it was also a second hand door. But right away he wanted to charge me around 850$ to change the spring and 310$ to add 2 peice of backing. That wasn't even intalling the motor since they don't do customer supplied motor installation. I just had a bad feeling about the whole thing so I figure I'd get a 2nd opinion. Premium Living Victoria came and let me tell ya the guy they had name Darren went above and beyond to adjust my door properly, I told him right off the bat that if I need a new door I can get one. He proceeded by saying let me just play with the door a little and see what I can do. He has 32 year experience, he had that door all fix and adjust properly, and also install the new spring and on top of that he install my supplied brand new Chamberlain garage motor for less then half of the cost tedford give me a quote for , I was very please with how proffesional the technician was and also taking the time to explain what was wrong with how it was install(I did the install and it lasted 2 years till the spring snap) , there a few little change but he sure knew is job and was very respectful, thanks again for the amazing service Premium Living Victoria I will pass all the info for you guys to get more customer! 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks Landon Anderson for the contactJacqueline Lewis2023-09-21It was only a small job of manufacturing two window screens.
